21 November until 6 January 2024     (minimum stay 2 nights,  between 23. 12. and  6.1. 2024 the minimum stay is 5 nights)	–	€ 160/ night
Rates are incl. 10% VAT, excl. tourist tax € 2.10 per adult person, per night excl. end-of-stay-cleaning fee  € 49 for Apartment Britannia In July and August the minimum stay is 5 nights. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm, check-outs until 10am.

Bedding, linen, towels and kitchen towels are included, as well as dish detergent, toilet paper and soap.

Please note that due to structural conditions the apartments are not suitable for children. Unfortunately, pets can not be accommodated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

A deposit of 25% of the booking amount is required within 5 workdays after the receive of the booking confirmation to guarantee the reservation. Deposits can be made via bank transfer.
Cancellations  shall be made in writing and with the exception of non-cancellable packages, the T&C of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable:  T&C_englisch
